Even the best quests sometimes glitch.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise cursed by the shipping gods, don’t panic — we’ve got a scroll for that.

Our Promise

Because each item is printed to order, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

For approved issues reported within 30 days of delivery, we offer:

  • a replacement, or
  • a refund

What Qualifies

We accept refund or replacement requests for:

  • damaged items
  • defective items
  • incorrect or misprinted products

What Does Not Qualify

Because every item is custom-printed and made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • buyer’s remorse
  • ordering the wrong size or product
  • color differences caused by screen/display settings
  • items lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout

Processing Times

Once you contact us, our guild clerics (customer service team) will review your request within 1–3 business days.

If approved:

  • replacement orders typically ship within 7–10 business days
  • refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider

You’ll receive an email update at every stage of your return quest.

How to Start Your Return Quest

Email us at admin@housesandhumansrpg.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • a photo of the product, if applicable

Our clerics will respond within 1–3 business days with next steps.
