Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Because many of our items are printed to order, production times may vary.

Estimated shipping times:

• U.S.: 3–10 business days after shipment
• International: 1–4 weeks after shipment

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact admin@housesandhumansrpg.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
