We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time without notice.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected misuse of our services.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

If an order is canceled after payment has been made, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information for all purchases made through our site.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, supply interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information entered by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because many of our products are printed to order, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

We may offer a replacement or refund for approved issues reported within the time period stated in our Return Policy. Please review our Return Policy for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and how to submit a claim.

We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections made at checkout, normal screen-to-print color variation, or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer-provided shipping information.

7. Downloads and License Terms

7.1 Free Downloads

Any item clearly marked as a free download may be downloaded, printed, and shared for personal, classroom, or non-commercial use.

Free downloads may not be:

• resold
• relicensed
• claimed as your own work
• altered and redistributed as original work
• uploaded or distributed as a paid or commercial product

unless explicit written permission is granted by Houses & Humans RPG.

7.2 Paid Digital or Printed Products

Paid products are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description or in a separate written license.

The purchase of a product does not transfer copyright ownership or grant the right to reproduce, republish, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the work except as expressly permitted.

8. Performance Use for Debate, Speech, and Duo Interpretation

Some works offered through Houses & Humans RPG, including selected short plays and 10-minute scripts, are created specifically with speech, debate, and Duo Interpretation performance in mind.

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page or within the work itself, eligible scripts may be:

• downloaded
• printed
• used for school, classroom, speech, debate, and Duo Interpretation performance purposes

This permission is limited to performance use of the original script text as provided and does not transfer copyright ownership.

Permission to perform an eligible script does not grant permission to:

• resell the script
• republish it as your own
• commercially license it to others
• adapt it into a new commercial work without written permission
• distribute paid scripts for free

If you perform one of these works, you are warmly encouraged, but not required, to send a recording, photo, or program copy to admin@housesandhumansrpg.com. We would genuinely love to see how the work is brought to life.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, scripts, books, artwork, graphics, product layouts, branding, logos, titles, design elements, downloads, and original written materials, is the intellectual property of Houses & Humans RPG unless otherwise stated.

No content from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where limited use is expressly allowed under these Terms.

10. User Submissions and Communications

If you submit comments, suggestions, messages, reviews, ideas, performance recordings, photos, testimonials, or other materials to us, you agree that we may review and respond to them.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, display, and share testimonials, reviews, or voluntarily submitted promotional materials for business, promotional, or community purposes. We will not claim authorship of your separate original work.

You agree not to send unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful content.

11. AI Use Disclosure

Houses & Humans RPG may use AI tools to assist with limited parts of the creative and production process, including but not limited to brainstorming, editing support, formatting help, organizational assistance, and workflow support.

Any such AI use is conducted legally and as part of a broader human-created, human-directed process. Final products are selected, curated, edited, and published by Houses & Humans RPG.

12. Accuracy, Completeness, and Site Content

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current at all times. Content on this site is provided for general information and product description purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making without consulting more complete or current sources where appropriate.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.
