Even the best quests sometimes glitch.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise cursed by the shipping gods, don’t panic — we’ve got a scroll for that.


🧾 Our Promise

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds within 30 days of delivery for any:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect or misprinted products

Each product is printed on demand by our merchant partners, so please check your items carefully when they arrive — it helps us cast the right spell faster.


🕰️ Processing Times

Once you contact us with your return request, our guild clerics (a.k.a. customer service team) will review it within 1–3 business days.
If approved:

  • Replacement orders are typically shipped within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation, depending on your payment provider.

You’ll receive an email update at every stage of your return quest.


⚠️ Exceptions & Limitations

Because every item is custom-printed and made-to-order, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size

  • Color differences due to screen display variations

  • Items lost due to incorrect addresses

If you’re unsure whether your situation qualifies, send us a message — we promise to respond faster than your last side quest.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • A photo of the product (if applicable)

  3. Our clerics will respond within 1–3 business days with your next steps.
