Even the best quests sometimes glitch.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise cursed by the shipping gods, don’t panic — we’ve got a scroll for that.
🧾 Our Promise
We accept returns, replacements, or refunds within 30 days of delivery for any:

Damaged or defective items

Incorrect or misprinted products
Each product is printed on demand by our merchant partners, so please check your items carefully when they arrive — it helps us cast the right spell faster.
🕰️ Processing Times
Once you contact us with your return request, our guild clerics (a.k.a. customer service team) will review it within 1–3 business days.
If approved:

Replacement orders are typically shipped within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation, depending on your payment provider.
You’ll receive an email update at every stage of your return quest.
⚠️ Exceptions & Limitations
Because every item is custom-printed and made-to-order, we can’t accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size

Color differences due to screen display variations

Items lost due to incorrect addresses
